Android "Now Playing" Font Size

I use Subsonic while driving my car. I have a Motorola DroidX with a dashboard/windshield mount. The Droid is in the horizontal (wide) view. When I listen to Subsonic I can see the album covers or the playlist. Either way, the text is way too small to glance at and read while driving.

Is there any simple way to increase the font size of the playlist or simply show the current song in extra large font without the album cover?
