Uploading Music

I just have a couple of questions about uploading music:
1.) If one of the users uploads music will it be automatically put into the music folder on my computer?
2.) Does the server live update so if I add more music to my itunes or delete music (which adds it to my music folder) will it be automatically added or deleted in subsonic?

Everything will be updated, and the music wil be placed into a folder specified in your settings. The search index may not update right away, but eventually it will update based on the time set in the settings.
