Switched computers - how do i switch my registration?

Hi,

I killed my old pc, and switched to a new one. I donated and paid up to register subsonic. How do i transfer my license to my new pc?

Please provide me with detailed instructions so i can get it running again. I tried an old post which told me to copy the subsonic folder from C:\ from my old machine and replace it post-install on my new machine, but this did nothing. it is still showing un-registered and is giving annoying "will expire in x days" messages to my wireless device.
