Can't Play Audio File

Hi,

I'm newbie to Subsonic and have to agree that this is a great program.

I having problem playing audio file.

I have no problem with Video.

When playing Video, the player appears but not for Audio.

I installed SubAir on another PC running Windows and it can play all my Audio files but not on SS web panel.

I have tried both local & remote (network & internet).

BTW, Subsonic (v4.4) is installed on my Ubuntu 10.10.

It seems that there is no reply on this thread.

Actually, I noticed that there is a message stating "Get Flash player". However, I have Flash Player installed on all my PC.

I went to check that I have jw-player5.4 on my Ubuntu 10.4 box where the SS4.4 sits.[/img]

It seems like the flash player did not install correctly. Have you tried the demo SS server yet? Try it to see if you are able to play audio there, the link is: http://subsonic.org/demo/index.view

If the demo server works for you, then you may want to try installing your ss server again.

Hi,

Please go to the demo page on:http://www.subsonic.org/pages/demo.jsp
Then click the Start demo link. The user name and password are embedded in the link.
