Help -Can only play flv videos - mp4 videos etc do not play

I am running the Linux version ( unraid)
I can download and play flv video fine but any other videos i try do not play

I am looking for someone to help me solve this problem

Version 4.4 (build 2169) – February 6, 2011
Server jetty-6.1.x, java 1.6.0_06, Linux (88.5 MB / 109.3 MB)

Did you isntall the right decoders?
lame flac faad vorbis-tools and ffmpeg

Good choice for frame rate is a "-r 23.976"...

Well, i installed the subsonic standalone package that was recommended for the unraid linux (based on Slackware).


I looked in my dir subsonic/data/transcode and found this:
