unable to log-in, how do i reset my account

I just installed the sub-sonic software on my pc.
when i first logged in the password and username were default (admin).
I then wanted to chance these settings. I could find the place were to change my password, but i couldnt find where to change my username.

Now, suddenly i was logged out, and when i tried to log-in both the default setting didnt work anymore, as did the default username with my new password (which i might have mistyped as i dont think there is a double check).

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to wipe my old settings but apparently this doenst work. So how exactly do i reset my account when i have no clue what's going on?
