Download corrupt but not from incoming folder

thanks in advance for helping me.

I have a problem that all music i download from the incoming map is 100% ok but when i download from the regular folders it is downloaded but then its corrupt.

Pls advice

I'm not sure if this is related, but after upgrading my servers last night to 4.2 I started getting an error pop up. I fixed it by going to the Subsonic service and unchecking the box "Allow service to interact with dsektop"

This applies to Server 2008 R2 and I would think the same is true for Win 7. To make the change Click Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Services. Right click on Subsonic and click on Properties. Click on the Log On tab and uncheck the box right under Local System Account.]
