Subsonic Control Panel - No Start/Stop Server Button Ver.4.4

I've seen pictures of control panels that have start/stop buttons and boxes for port entries. Mine only has some information on it, but no buttons.
I even paid to get the unlocked version (4.4) of Subsonic.
Where is this screen?
