[solved] Playlist config issue on QNAP

Forum goers,

I'm running into an issue that prevents me from creating playlists on both the Android client and the web interface. I'm able to stream music fine otherwise. On the web interface side, I get the following in the running Log while signed in as my admin account:

WARN FileUtil - Failed to list children for /var/playlists

I'm running 4.4 (build 2169) on Tomcat/6.0.20, java 1.6.0_22. Any suggestions?

Fixed!

I made a symbolic link to the directory that housed Subsonic, and these are the steps I took for my QNAP setup:

$ cd /share/MD0_DATA/
$ mkdir playlists
$ cd
$ ln -s /share/MD0_DATA/subsonic /var/playlists

I hope this helps others in the future.
