Option to play only what's available from cache?

Sometimes the connection on my android phone can get iffy, in those cases, I'd like to be able to play what's stored in the local cache.

My question: is there a way to see/play only what's available in the local cache?

Just switch the server to "Offline" and it'll only display and play out of the cache.
