I really don't know if you can call this a mod but...I used a excisting script and I changed it to make it fit for me and Subsonic.

It still needs a lot of fine-tuning but...it's a start and I'm just wondering what you all think of it. Because I really missed the fact that I couldn't search youtube movies within Subsonic.

Is anyone here who can help me fixing this youtube implementation?
The lay-out as shown above was working but was not able to play fullscreen,
well...I fixed that but now I have a really strange lay-out which I can't seem
to get solved by myself.

Anyone wants to help? Layout is issue, you can see the video's are lower then the iframe borders:

All problems are solved by now...video is showing up perfectly.
All 'normal' YouTube features work like:
- Buffering
- Skipping
- Full-screen

If someone is interested, just let me know and I'll post the code

Hi,

With your mod, is subsonic server preload YouTube's video ?

I could be interest if this mod granted me access to YouTube behind a proxy when YouTube domain is blocked but Subsonic not.

Are you doing a king of cache ? Subsonic download movie and web client play video from subsonic server (not youtube).

But Yes, all video's in the search results are pre-loaded and can even be played simultaneously But you still use youtube as video host so I don't know if it works when youtube.com is blocked...but...it's worth a shot!

I've got a huge update.
I used an existing script and I modified it to fit Subsonic's layout

Here is a preview:


It has a complete drag 'n drop including the playlist. It works very fast and you can complete customize everything.
Please let me know how much people are interested in the script.
