Slow speed

in the opening post i linked already a link of my test on the speedtest website
Im calling ISP now but they advertise you may run any server you like including a exchange even.

just called my ISP and they dont block any ports besides 135-139, 25, and 445,
but they still offered to look into this matter cause they are annoyed about it

My speed result is,download=1.09Mbps and my upload=0.87Mbps and i check my speed from scanmyspeed and the reason why im using this speed checker is that i dont have flash to support speedtest.net so i went for this and without java and flash its working..

Yarrrrr i finally found it.

I used Home Server 2003 and its connecting all the data drives to the second partition of my first drive.
I installed Home Server 2011 and everything is working 100%
