Podcast - Management

Postby osnet » Thu Aug 25, 2011 6:44 am

hi folks ...

i got some facts / questions 4 you , maybe you can help : )

in the past 4 days i've put 9 channels of podcastfeeds into the subsonic-feedmanagement ...

i noticed that subsonic is not able to resume downloads if they were interrupted by 24/7 reconnect.
i also noticed that subsonic doesn'T check for duplicate downloads of podcasts ...
duplicates may created if you hit the " download selected items " twice .

podcasts that failed during the 24/7 recon have to be erased manually, not only on the hdd in the pod feed index aswell ....
subsonic is not able to check the already downloaded files against the podfeed index.
if i delete a pod file manually - due to an dl error - and force subsonic to rescan the podfeed for missing files ... it just dont do it...
in addition the webforntend only tells me that it (re)checks the ( alphabetical ordered ) first 5 entries of all listed podfeeds . wtf ?

the manageoption in subsonic to scan the feeds every X time doesn't work in order to get deleted files back ....

what the hell is going on there ?
any suggestions ?

thanks in advance

here are some facts of my system:
