internet url [user].subsonic.org resolves to 121.44.90.76:80

Issue: When I'm trying to access the Subsonic server by internet, my internet URL, eg [user].subsonic.org, resolves to 121.44.90.76:80, then times out. On the home wireless network, the [user].subsonic.org URL connects correctly to the Subsonic server.

Troubleshooting: Sorry, I'm not sure where to start...

Playback Application: Any browser outside my wireless network, eg, Google Chrome on Windows7; IOS 4.3.2 on iPhone4.
Subsonic Version: 4.5 (build 2385) – 11 August 2011
Server Version: jetty-6.1.x, java 1.6.0_27, Windows 7
Java Memory Limit: 100Mb

Hardware: Subsonic Server on PC with on Windows 7 Ult SP1; with Static IP address; connected wirelessly via wireless router to ADSL Modem; Modem has port forwarding tcp/udp 4040-4040; tcp/udp 80-80; tcp/udp 443-443; Wireless Router has no forwarding set-up.

Are you using port 4040 or 443 (SSL)?
If using SSL then disable it via the SS control panel and test again.
You could also try and forward port 4040 in the router as well as the modem.

This should be the problem. Use your router's manual to open the appropriate ports.
