USB Hard drive loses files after licensing

Postby lockdown1101 » Sun Sep 11, 2011 9:58 am

I've been using Subsonic for about a month now and haven't had any problems. Now that my time has run out and I've had to buy a license, it seems like all of my media is disappearing from my list.

I look in the harddrive and the files are actually gone as well. When I restart the harddrive, everything works fine and I can access the files. But as soon as I open subsonic again and try and pull the file list, the harddrive loses all of the files again.

Please help! This issue didn't occur in the free version, why would it exist in the licensed.

Update!

When I go to All Folders, it messes up the hard drive... When I actually select the folder that the media is in, it seems to be able to load it.

Welcome to the Forum
Please have a read of HOW TO ASK FOR HELP
At the moment all we know is that you have a usb drive with media on it presumably connected to something?
What I can say is the only thing that should disappear after the licence is added are the adverts in the browser window 8)

Additionally, it would help if you posted the error log, but we need a LOT more info to begin troubleshooting. :)
