Question for subsonic Android app users.

Problem Description: My friend just got a new Android phone. I had her install subsonic. It works perfectly. Cept the widget keeps disappearing from her home screen along with the shortcut to add the widget back.
Troubleshooting Steps: The only thing that worked was uninstalling and reinstalling it. It worked but then again today it was gone again.
Playback Application and version: Android application.

Please let me know if anyone else has had this problem and if you know how to fix it.

My first guess would be whatever vender modifications that were done to the launcher are buggy and causing it to lose its settings. Have you tried having her use a different launcher, such as Launcher Pro, and see if the widget behaves correctly there?

It might also help if you list what model of phone your friend got.

I read it in other posts but I didn't realize her phone automatically saves all her apps to her SD card. Hence the widget won't work.

Moved it to phone and it works fine.
