Jwplayer Question??

How can I get jwplayer to keep downloading my video? After I pause my video & turn off the screen on my phone it will only download a certain portion then stop downloading typically around 8MB of data when connected over 3g/4g. When connected over WIFI it will as well stop but around 95MB of data. When I stream audio I get no such problems, subsonic will download whole CD's with the screen off...any ideas?
