Trouble downloading program

Hi,

I have downloaded subsonic using the prompts for Mac. I tried to then open a link for a library of music and the link won't open...

I tried to then open subsonic first, but got an error message.

Can someone assist?

The library I am trying to open was given to me a friend. He gave me his url and a username and password to access.

Is the library already on Subsonic?
If so you do not need SS you just use your web browser.
If it is not then I suggest you inform your friend about subsonic
