Would be nice to have the possibility to add clickable links (URL's to other websites) in the comments for an album, e.g. to the bands homepage, to reviews etc.

Agreed. Maybe something like how it's done in the software used by this forum (phpBB), or like Wiki.
I'll see if I can find some open source third-party libraries for it.
