Hiding empty folders?

Postby Enursha » Fri Nov 25, 2011 11:31 am

Is it possible to hide empty folders? I hate have something listed that doesn't have any content. The reason I can't just delete the empty folders is because when I'm running out of space I'll delete a load of TV (mkv's) I've already watched, but SickBeard (it automatically downloads TV programs from usenet) requires the folder to exist, otherwise it dumps the next download in a default directory which subsonic and my media software are unable to see.

If you have the media folder in question listed as a separate folder in settings/media folders you can disable that folder.
This will stop SS listing the contents (or lack of :? ) of it and any sub-directories.
Just re-enable again when there is content again.
Unfortunately there is no way, that I know, of getting SS to do this automatically.

Time for a feature request then, all my TV is listed in one folder, each show being in it's own subfolder so that method would be hard work for me, cheers for the help though.
