Cannot help with the German translation but if you search in tutorials and FAQ sections you might find some help there.

Also look in the Synology forums, there is a thread for installing Subsonic on a DiskStation...
Eine deutsche Anleitung habe ich allerdings nicht gefunden. Bei Übersetzungsschwierigkeiten kannst du gerne fragen
