save on phone(button not appearing)

I have seen some screenshots of the app and read tht i can download the songs of my server. I found the option to allow a User to "download" and activated it for my user profile. So i really don't know what i'm doing wrong(i'm definatly logged in on the right User account). Using a Galaxy S2 I9100(Ando 2.3.3) if it's relevent

Also I can only use the web interface to watch movies on my fone the "use External player option" doesn't change anything maybe cause subsonic only sends a link which the fone interrupts as open browser?

Anyway i'm a total newb as im just started using Subsonic.. so any help is appreciated

You want to download songs to your Android phone via Subsonic?
If you long click on an album a menu should pop up: choose Pin and the tracks on the album will be downloaded to your phone.

I use the Subsonics Android app to stream video to my phone.
Just make sure you have shared the folders containing the video-files on your server.

You can use the web interface on subsonic to stream videos and music. If you want to listen to music on subsonic, I would suggest accessing the menu by clicking on an album and selecting the download option. This is the way I do it.Hope this helps.
