Failing to authenticate users via LDAP

Good day All

I am trying to authenticate Subsonic users using LDAP Windows 2008 active directory.

I have put my LDAP URL as:
ldap://xxxx.stgeorges.co.zw:389/OU=Coll ... C=co,DC=zw

and have also ticked "Automativally create users in subsonic". My problem is that each time any one of my AD users tries to log I am getting wrong username or password even though I am using the correct credentials as set in my AD.

Please help.
