Android Video playback freezes 2/3 into the video

My servers run Windows Server 08 R2 and have always played videos fine. Android app is latest current version. All videos are freezing at the 2/3 mark on my EVO 4G but playback just fine from a desktop browser.

I have confirmed that this is a bug in 4.6. Everything works fine on 4.5 using the same videos.

That makes the problem even more confusing. Although taking a look at the differences in the source code may lead to quick results.

Specifically the streamController.java file.
