can SS play OGM ?

Try it. Add the extension to the transcodings section and also make the extension entry in Settings/General in the video files box.

I haven't found a video file type that ffmpeg won't transcode yet. Let us know how it goes.

i managed to find how to make it see it however now it plays in an upper window can only see bottom

and once fully buffered aswell in list shows 25 of 225 mins ?
