songs problems

I have lan Name: Subsonic Media Server 100GB, and I can't play a lot of songs that I upload to Gigapros. I don't know what is the error. The files are mp3s in different bitrates.
The player says : not found url :http://Mod Removed IP/stream?player=1&pathUtf8Hex=2f726f6f742f6d757369632f4a617a7a20782052657374617572616e74732f4162626579204c696e636f6c6e2d492053686f756c6420436172652e6d7033&suffix=.mp3

You will probably get a better response if you ask the hosting company the question.
It looks if SS cannot access those files.
Is there anything shown in the subsonic log? (I assume you can see it )
