Podcasts list not updating when podcasts are added or remove

I added some podcasts. Then later I decided to remove them. Three of them still show up in my list of podcasts when I select my podcast folder from the dropdown folder list in the left pane.

Now that list is static. Whether I add or delete podcasts, the list that shows up in the left pane when I display my podcasts is the same three, even though they don't exist anymore.

Help.

Yup. No change.

To eliminate any cache problems can you delete your browser cache and and the SS jetty cache

subsonic\jetty\xxxx\jsp\org\apache\jsp\Delete what's here
Restart SS

See if that works

No, that didn't work. I wasn't hopeful, because the same incorrect podcast list not only shows up in the web client, but also my other clients.

Any other ideas? I think you are on the right track -- deleting caches...

OK we now need to look at the SS database.

Log on to SS with an admin a/c
Delete the part of the url address that says index.view
Replace that with db.view (By magic a hidden screen appears )
Type into the database query window

then hit OK
Are the deleted podcasts listed?

Have you any podcasts defined? If not can you add one (not 1 of the deleted ones) and try again.
(Want to make sure they are being listed correctly)

Ok. Added a podcast. It showed up in db.view. Added more. They all showed up.

Maybe clearing the cache earlier helped solve the problem. Seems to be working fine now.
