Playlist help

Hi People,

How does one make the playlist on the external 'guest' account, play all music tracks automatically? Thank you in advance for any light you may be able to shed on my darkened eyes.

Oh, before I forget. I'm running Subsonic from my home PC. I don't use apache, mysql, or anything else. Just my PC, and decent connection.

Not too sure what you are asking but if you are trying to log on to SS with a certain user account and then have SS play
a designated playlist automatically than that is not possible (Not without modding - time to get the coder's hat on )

When I want to share multiple tracks/mixes, with a non account holder, the external player plays the first track/mix, and then it requires the user to select the next track manually, until all tracks/mixes have been played.

I read up about adding a 'repeat' function to the player but, it seems that that is not so simple with the player in SS. I offer the service to some close friends, and family, and the lack of an autoplay function has come up a couple of times now. Please keep in mind that I am not a coder, and whilst I have been lucky to stick the right tweaks in the right place thus far, I know that my luck will eventually run out

That mod is very easy

Stop SS
Open externalPlayer.jsp with text editor.
Change
