A challenge

Is it possible to adapt mumble > http://mumble.sourceforge.net/ and add it to the SS mainframe? My thinking behind it was to then, to replace the chatbox, and use the right pane as a kind of dropbox for the musicians in my community. To literally drop their new songs/mixes etc, into a modified right pane, thereby automatically uploading them to the pre-configured directory? I saw a mod elsewhere on this forum, where downloads could be made to pop up in an iframe? Could that kind of clever thinking be adapted to uploads too?

Sorry if this is long winded. It's probably in the wrong section too. But, I figured there might be a better chance of it receiving a reply here, amongst you clever modders out there. Thank you in advance for any input that may put me straight (or, in a straight jacket!)

There is already an upload feature present in SS, but I don't think that it would be a be bad idea to make that one more advanced...

Yes, My friends are using the inbuilt upload facility currently. I just thought that the right frame could be put to better/different use. Although my knowledge of html/java/anything, other than variable time alignment algorithms, is absolutely zero. I am in the process of messing about with an isolated install of SS. That way, when it all goes t*ts up (which it inevitably will), I still have the main SS running happily untouched by my simian-like hands.

Thank you for your quick reply :)
