Subsonic trying to open wrong IP address [Resolved]

I recently had to reset my router and input all my setting again. For some reason when I login to subsonic it is opening the wrong IP address. It is opening 192.168.3.1/ but my static IP is something different, both of these work for some reason. But subsonic will not connect on my iPhone.

It does say that everything is configured correctly and I am successfully forwarding my ports.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Since you changed you ip have you restarted subsonic?

I swear I restarted at least 5 times in this process, I must've just changed a setting that worked and hadn't restarted it again. Working fine now, thanks for the help lol.

still not working, it'll work for like 2 seconds then stop.

I can not figure out why it is trying to open 192.168.3.1

also when I login through LocalHost/4040 I get a this error

How are you trying to login to SS?
