Web interface on PS3

Is there a theme or group of settings or even a mod out there that works well with the web interface on the PS3? I have been using high-tech and it seems ok. But I really would like something a lot more dumbed down since I have to use the PS3 controller. Maybe something that really highlights the tracks being played and the album artwork? I know there is a plugin for PS3 Media Server that supposedly works with Subsonic, but I could never get it to work correctly and it doesn't really fit my needs. Any thoughts, comments, suggestions? And please don't tell me to mod it myself, I really don't have the skill for all that.
