I somehow got kicked out of setup before I could set up.

I just downloaded Subsonic so I can use it with my ROKU 2 XS. While in setup I must have clicked something wrong because I was suddenly on the login screen and I had not yet setup a username or password. I uninstalled and reinstalled it but it goes straight to the login when I click the server address in the Subsonic control panel. I am at a loss.

Have you tried logging in with the default admin password?
user name "admin" password "admin"
user name "admin" password "admin"
