Playing MP4 Video Natively and still use progress bar?

Hello I’ve been using sub to play my music for quite some time but have recently tried to play some video. I don’t want the video file to be converted on the fly to FLV but rather play the raw video of MP4. This works fine because JW Player supports native MP4 video. The only problem I am having is when I go to jump around in the progress bar or even select to go to say minute 9 or 10 etc. JW player restarts the video over at the beginning. I have looked all over the web and Sub forums to try to find a solution. I’m running my server off a core i5 2600k with 8 GB of DDR3 ram. The OS is windows home server 2011 and I have 40MB of download speed and 20MB of upload speed. I am also not very good at writing code but am willing to try to do it if I have to edit the files for Sub. The video files I am currently trying to play are 2.2 to 2.5 GB. I have tried converting the video in hand break and have enable web optimization and large file, both options have been enable together and separately and JW still cannot play the files like I want. If JW player cannot play these movies like this is there another way to play these movies so I can jump around to other parts of the move or if it can do what I need it to do is there a way to fix it?
