All kinds of problems

Hey all,

I really want to be able to use and enjoy subsonic but the problems are weighing heavily on me. Yesterday, I noticed that the little subsonic symbol in the system tray had turned red and it wouldnt auto start. Also, when I clicked open in web browser nothing happens. Also, when I try to log in via web browser it tells me I have wrong user name and/or password even though I know they are correct. Would it be safe or recommended to to a full uninstall/reinstall?

Have you done anything recently that might explain it? Updated your Java version, for example? A full re-install should hopefully fix the auto-start issue but you won't be able to log in if your account is mystically gone. That information is stored in c:/subsonic and I don't think the installer will overwrite that directory.
