Shuffle files from external drive

I searched the forum but didn't find any one else detailing this problem. Shuffling from media folders located on an external drive is not functioning. It did once. If I shuffle all (including local files), only the files on the internal drive work. I tried removing Subsonic and re-installing to no avail. I used AppCleaner to uninstall it, but I'm not sure it caught all of Subsonic's files.

Any ideas?


I'm on OS X 10.7.3 with the latest version of Subsonic.
