Android: play/pause on bluetooth connection/disconnection

Hi,

With Subsonic Android App, I would like to set it up such that whenever a bluetooth connection is established, it should automatically resume any paused playback. And, when bluetooth connection is disconnected, it should automatically pause the playback.

Is this possible to do? Even if this is possible with some auxiliary Android bluetooth app, I would like to know about it.
