Upload music & Playlists

Hey guys i have subsonic 4.6 installed on my server and am thrilled with it so far been using it to stream to my iphone and using the web based player, but i have 2 question that i cant seem to figure out.

1) i see an option to allow users to upload music, but nowhere on the web UI do i see a place to do this has it not been fully implemented yet or am i a little daft.
2) how do i create playlists?

how do i create playlists?

To add the now playing tracks to new playlist
In player bar -more actions - playlist save.

I don't see this option when playing Videos. How do I go about saving a video (or multiple videos at once) to a Playlist. I see where I can select multiple Videos and "add to playlist" but if there isn't a playlist already there to add them to, that feature does nothing.

Can (and should) I create blank playlists first with Notepad? How would I go about that if so?

As far I am aware you can not create a playlist of video within SS
(Well you can sort of but they wont play )
No doubt if someone has managed to get video playlists to work they will post.
