Donated and registered my software, but says trial expired

Hello, I donated about 2 months ago and registered my software soon after. Now when I registered the software, everything worked great. Then, one month later, the redirect server went down as well as the main website, and I couldn't access my music for a couple of days. Then, when I was able to reconnect, it tells me I need to donate. Going into the program on my server, I re-register my account but it only keeps telling me in network "The trial period has expired on June 16, 2012. Please donate to enable this feature permanently." Whats going on?

After entering your licence details hit the donate link and it should say "This copy of Subsonic was licenced to your email address on such as such date" Does it?
If does then go to settings/network and hit save.

I hit the donate button at the top right, and subsonic already has my information filled out, so I just hit ok. It then tells me "This copy of subsonic was licensed to **my email** on July 23rd, 2012. Thank you for your support". Then I go to network settings and it says the message above, even after reapplying settings. I am using version 4.6. Also tried restarting its services with no avail. The next thing on this list is reinstalling the software but that's going to be a pain as the server is pretty locked up.

After reinstalling with 4.7 Beta 2, subsonic still does the same above. At this point, It must be subsonic that's not registering my donation. Whats going on? Is there a file left on my computer after uninstall that would keep some donation data? Is there something wrong with your validation server?

I also cannot access iSub because of this issue, the whole thing is pretty much useless to me because of this bug

Finally figured it out! I checked the log in the "about" tab and this is what it said during the time I clicked register.

"WARN SettingService License key is not valid"

Now it was valid before your system went down for a couple of days and now all of the sudden its not. Is there any way my donation data was removed from your servers?

Are you using the same email address you used when you donated?

I used the same information I received in the email. I have a copy of the email and have entered the information 3 times (including doing a copy and paste directly from the email). Subsonics servers are no longer recognizing the information. Who do I get in contact with to get my validation code checked?

I am having the same exact problem. Been registered for a long time and all of the sudden it says I'm not registered and I get the same error when I look in the "About section". "License key is not valid". I even resent the confirmation code to my email to verify the stored cookie was not incorrect, hit ok and nothing happens...

I'm on version (4.7.beta2 (build 3011) – June 8, 2012)

What should I do to get back up and running?

p.s. The funny thing is my server went down for a bit too just like the last guys, but only for a few minutes. When I started it back up that's when I noticed this problem...

I just tested my server by going to Settings/Network and hitting the save button and everything works fine on my end. The registration process requires that the key and the email address be entered correctly and that the site is accessibile from out side your network.

Double check that there are no typos in your email address, copy and paste the license from the confirmation email you were sent. Before you start, go to Canyouseeme.org and verify that the site can be reached from the web.

If working properly, you should get a message that the server responded successfully.

Sorry, I just found out that my Untangle Firewall Server was blocking the request. Bit of a brain fart. Thanks for the help though! She is back and running.
