Won't display titles if directory is like ...XYZ

Postby ThyMaster » Tue Dec 13, 2011 1:00 pm

Hi,

I have one album that is stored under the following directory:
/share/Musik/Moose/...XYZ

While the artist is listed in the web GUI the album (as well its titles) isn't accessible. The web GUI just displays an empty page.
I guess it is because of the three dots in the albums name (...XYZ)

Please fix (and yes, the name of the album really is ...XYZ).

TIA

- ThyMaster

EDIT: Just forgot: Music is stored on EXT4 Linux system, running Subsonic 1.6 with JVM 1.6.01

Yes it is due to the dots in the directory name - it treats it as a hidden file/directory. (think .htaccess)
Either remove the dots from the directory or replace/start the directory name with another character eg ";... XYZ"

Due to the confusion from too many genres of music, we have decided to put both country music and rap music into the genre of Crap music.

Found a workaround:
I use a UTF-8 symbol "…" instead of three dots (...)
