How to refresh library?

I've added some new albums, but they are not shown in the library, how should I refresh it?

Start a scan from Settings -> Media folders

I'm using a stable 4.6 version, there is no such option:

Hmm. 4.6 is supposed to pick up folder/file changes, I assumed 4.7 since it needs a scan. Do the albums appear if you remove/add the whole media folder they're in?

You're right, I apologize. The band name is "The Aristocrats" I was searching on letter "T" while it put the band to letter "A", which I actually like.
