Flash Buffering Issue

I have a strange issue, where the video playback stopped working and will only play after it has completed downloading. This used to work fine, I recently rebuilt my client machine and something is causing this issue. I have googled around and havent found any clues. I can view from another pc, so its not the server. I have tried disabling the firewall and then viewing. I have reinstalled flash, Any ideas. I dont know what else to try. Thanks

Combination of avi, mp4, divx. It just started happening. I can watch on a linux box with flash but not my windows pc.
