Have you entered your licence details into SS?
Also make sure you hit save in settings/network will will update the redirect server.

Due to the confusion from too many genres of music, we have decided to put both country music and rap music into the genre of Crap music.

Port forwarding is not set correctly.

Go to canyouseeme.org and input the port you are running Subsonic on. Unless the port can be seen as open from outside of your network you will always get the connection timeout error and be unable to connect to SS from outside of your network.

Why are you forwarding to 80? 80 is open by default on the router and is used for routine connection to the internet.

Have you read the Tutorials?

viewtopic.php?f=6&t=4867

Did you test 4040? What was the result?

Excellent! Sometimes routers can be a bit flakey. I've seen users that did everything right and it didn't work until they rebooted the router.

Glad your up an running!
