Mac Firefox crashes when playing tracks

Here is some info about my Subsonic server:
Version 4.7 (build 3105) – September 11, 2012
Server jetty-6.1.x, java 1.6.0_24, Linux (81.4 MB / 155.1 MB)

When I go to subsonic and try to play tracks using Firefox on a Mac client, it crashes. However, those exact same tracks play just fine when I go to subsonic on the exact same client using Safari browser. I haven't tried Chrome but I have a feeling that it will work just as well there too suggesting it is an unique problem with the combination of Firefox/Mac/Subsonic.

Is there a fix for this? Thanks.

I was able to fix this... kind of. I just disabled the HTTPS and am using HTTP and suddenly everything works just fine on Firefox.
