I hope you don't mind, but I edited your app making the cyan red instead. I am much happier now! Don't worry, I won't be sharing it since it is your app, but now it matches everything else on my phone much better... Really liking the ability to exit the app from the now playing list too!

I am really excited to test the sleep timer but unfortunately on gingerbread, the now playing menu is not accessible. If you click the menu button while on the now playing screen, the menu briefly appears and then disappears before you can click anything on it. Not sure if this is fixable in GB or the solution is to add the start timer button in the main settings?

It's working fine on my Nexus One running GB and GS3 running JB...

Sorry, you're saying the now playing menu (that includes the Start Timer button) works fine on your GB device? Hmmm, that's irritating, wonder what's going on on my device. In any case, the fact remains, that menu is not accessible to me.

Yeah, it's working on the GB phone, I did a fresh install and tested it right before I posted to make sure. I definitely believe you, sorry, I was half awake earlier, didn't mean to be short if it came across that way! :) Was just trying to let you know not to give up because it doesn't appear to be a bug affecting all devices. Maybe try clearing the app cache and data, or uninstalling, rebooting, and re-installing?

edit: to be specific, the GB phone is rooted running CM7. Not sure if that makes a difference or not...

Got an update on this one: the behaviour I described happens when I click the device's menu button from the now playing screen. However, if I bring up the current playlist from the now playing screen, I can then access the menu properly so problem solved I guess! Thanks for helping!

Just did some quick testing of the sleep timer revisions and it looks very promising...thanks! I will do some further testing. Just out of interest, did you change the pause function that is called?

Nope still the same old same old.

The settings menu for the Now Downloading tab should be accessible from anywhere once I do a redesign of that tab...in the mean time yes you need to go to the list view even if you have a hardware settings key because it will just pop up and then disappear. There doesn't seem to be an easy way to get around that if the action bar isn't visible.

1. Does the DSub player send AVCRP 1.3 bluetooth song information when streaming to a car player? If so its not working with my BMW. If not, can you please add that feature? Some players properly show song titles on my car headset (Poweramp, Google Play), but others don't and DSub is one of those that don't. Music streams fine over Bluetooth, but the song/artist/album title info isn't displayed. Would be very nice if you can fix that.

2. Is there a way to have the DSub player automatically delete a song from the Galaxy Nexus SD Disk memory after the song has been played, or upon exiting the app so that my memory doesn't get filled up with streamed songs?

Glad to see someone seconds this. It would bring a new experience to browse a huge music collection. Hopefully it will be added soon.

It is possible, but I will be blunt in saying that at least for now something like this is very low priority. There are just so many other features people have been asking for that I consider higher priority. Having labels like you are talking about should really be taken care of at the server level so hopefully it will be added at some point, but if it's not I will add a todo note so in the future I remember it.

In the mean time I will suggest what I do to get around this problem. I just use different "root" folders (set up via the server's admin page) for music, movies, and podcasts so I can just view music at one time.

1) No there currently isn't, but yes it is a work in progress to get that going.
2) Can't you just set the cache lower if you are worried about filling up your card with too many streamed songs? I'm hesitant to add those types of options because it will greatly increase the complexity of the download service (mostly because of how bad the core was originally written) while not really adding much benefit.
