Paid donation, installed licence, still have ads

Hello

Great product. Already can't live without it.
However, I'm a little nervous. The ads don't bother me, but I use the premium functions and don't want to lose access to them.
I paid the donation a few days ago, installed the licence, but I still get the ads, and sometimes the message that gives me a date on which I will lose the premium functionality.
What gives? What should I do now?

Running 4.7 (build 3106) – September 12, 2012 - on Window 7 Professional.
