Album Art for multiple disc albums

So I have an album that spans 3 discs, and my folder structure is as such:

../<artist name>/<album name>/disc 1
../<artist name>/<album name>/disc 2
../<artist name>/<album name>/disc 3

The mp3's for each disc are in their appropriate folders. In subsonic, when viewing the artists page - where it shows the album art, the multiple disc album doesn't show up (but it does show up in the list of albums to the left of the page).

When I click on the album name, it takes me to another page, where it shows the same cover for each disc, I am wondering if there is a way around this, so that Subsonic can display album art for the top level album directory, so that when the album shows up in my random list it has an album cover.
