Restricted User Account, no complete songs

Hi,

since some time our archive is looking for a media server, to catalogue our CDs and also to make it available for the public. However, making everything available for others would only be possible if we could create a user account with the restriction to play songs only for about 30 seconds. Would that be possible with Subsonic? I understand that it doesn't make sense to most people - but I just wanted to drop the question.
