4.7 and Jukebox [Resolved]

Hello! I love 4.7, but there's one weird thing about it that's bugging me.

I can play and stop songs through a Subsonic Jukebox player, but even when I've stopped the Jukebox, it seems as if Subsonic holds onto the sound card. No other audio source (mplayer, flash, vlc, etc) can play sound. Have other people hit this issue? Any advice?

EDIT: This wasn't an issue with 4.6. It only started happening after the upgrade.

As an update, this was totally my bad. I'm running subsonic using the 'subsonic' user and had PulseAudio configured poorly.

This probably isn't the cleanest solution, but setting PULSEAUDIO_SYSTEM_START=1 in /etc/default/pulseaudio (old value was 0) works just fine.
