Video looks bad on mk808 ug802

Hi

I have two problems that I hope someone might Know the solution to.

1: When I stream movies for example a boxeebox with 500 or 1000kbps video looks quite ok out. but when I stream the same movie to a mk808 or ug802 same bittrate Its looks really bad.
does anyone know why?
(Mk808 and ug802 are small computers with android and dual-core CPUs)
it looks very good when I stream from Netflix or from swefilmer.com so it should be a setting or something. (I would add that all my movies in mp4 (h264 aac) with a quality of 0.27 in dvd fab. (Equivalent to about 1.5 gigs for a movie at 90 minutes in the resolution 720x3-4xx)

2: does anyone know if they are developing html5 to subsonic? or system that are used for non flash video?
