Changing refresh rate for "Playing" page

Is it possible to change the "Playing" page (center section) refresh rate on version 4.7 (build 3106)?

In the 4.6 Stable version, you could alter it by editing the playlist.jsp file by adding some code at the end of the function skip(index).

don't know if it helps, but I think playlist.jsp was renamed to playqueue.jsp in 4.7.
